HAPPY HOUR @ APPLEBEES

Last Friday night after some major boutique sales, we (my sisters & I) celebrated at Applebee's. It was the most fun I've had in a long time (the only thing that would have made it even better was if my mom wouldn't have been too tired to come with us)! Anyway, since it was like 10:30pm we were delirious. The waiter kept on coming back to see if we were ready to order and one time he showed up as we were all laughing so hard that we couldn't talk. After standing there for about 15 seconds he just walked away. Besides all of the ugly faces seen below, we were laughing so hard about a few of my most embarrasing moments - which both happened in 3rd grade. Maybe that will be my next post. Anyway, let me introduce you to my sisters... "Debbie Downer" (Ur-Ur)

Missing Majerle Dog...

I just have to say that my sister is hilarious. Every day she is sending everyone in our family a new pet picture in honor of HALLOWEEN! Yes, it is still 2 months away but Auburn loves planning for this holiday in August! I love getting these e-mails. Sometimes I open them when I am at work and I am sitting at my desk smiling, but trying not to so nobody asks me what I'm so happy about. Anyway, I thought I'd share a few of these pictures. Our dog Majerle died almost 2 years ago, but HALLOWEEN was his favorite day of the year. We always dressed him up and he loved to see all the kids in their costumes. So Auburn has been sending these pictures to us also in honor of Majerle. I can totally see him wearing each one of these costumes. I can't wait to see the remaining 63 pictures of pets from now until October 31st!

P.S. Suzanne - can you send me a picture or two of Majerle dressed up & I will add it to this post!

I hadn't seen these "fishnet" headbands before. They're "SO CUTE" (my phrase for everything). The black headband with pink flower below is also SO CUTE!

I also love these headbands for little girls. I love cute headbands on babies, and these are perfect because they are not obnoxiously BIG! My sisters are so crafty!

The whole reason I did that last post about Ellie & Noah was because I had some really cute pictures of them on my camera from recently. Then I did the post and forgot all about these pictures!
A few weeks ago Ellie spent the night with us. The next morning her & Noah were cuddling in their sleep!

Happy Birthday (on August 10th) to my dad, Sam. He is a great dad & I'm so lucky he is mine! He has always been an example to me in so many ways. He has taught me a lot of valuable lessons that have helped me in my life. He has also always been there for me to help through trials and give me blessings of comfort when I need them. I love him for it and especially over the last few weeks I have realized what a lucky person I am to have a great dad. I hope he has a great birthday, I'm excited for my whole family to get together so we can celebrate it! I won't say exactly how old he is!
